Sobre la Artista
Natalia Montoya es una Artista Colombiana, nacida en Medellín, Colombia. Actualmente radicada en Santa Barbara, California USA. Técnicamente su curiosidad plástica esta enfocada hacia la materia, el color y las densidades. Generalmente trabaja capas finas de Color jugando con diferentes herramientas y materiales como la espátula o el pincel, para lograr gradaciones. Con su obra quiere transmitir la Alegría y el Amor que le da el Color a su Alma y al espectador. Actualmente su obra muestra mas Abstracción, combinación de texturas y materiales: técnica mixta. También ha trabajado las flores, bodegones y paisajes con influencia del Impresionismo. Natalia trabaja el oleo, el acrilico, las esculturas en yeso, el body painting entre otros. Dentro de su portafolio como artista también ofrece la caligrafía contemporánea y los talleres de manualidades para niños y adultos.

Natalia Montoya is a Colombian artist born in Medellin, Colombia. She is currently living in Santa Barbara, California USA. Her curiosity is focused towards matter, color and density. She generally works with fine layers of color and plays with different tools such as a spatula or a brush to achieve gradations. She wants to convey the joy and love that gives color to her soul and to the viewer. Currently her work shows more of a combination of abstraction and texture, called mixed media. She has also painted flowers, still lifes and landscapes that create the influence of impressionism. She works with oil, acrylic, plaster sculptures, body paints and more. Natalia also offers contemporary calligraphy and craft workshops for children and adults.
