At Maestra Montoya’s Online Art Club, young artists connect live from California to create, imagine, and learn together in a fun bilingual environment.

Our latest class welcomed children between 5 and 11 years old for an inspiring artistic journey through the life of Frida Kahlo.

After reading a beautifully illustrated story in both English and Spanish, the children traveled—through imagination—to La Casa Azul in Coyoacán, Mexico, where Frida Kahlo lived with her husband Diego Rivera.

Inspired by this iconic home, every child created their own artwork, exploring colors, architecture, culture, and personal expression while discovering one of Latin America’s greatest artists.

En el Club de Arte Online de la Maestra Montoya, pequeños artistas se conectan en vivo desde California para crear, imaginar y aprender juntos en un ambiente bilingüe.

En nuestra más reciente clase participaron niños y niñas entre 5 y 11 años, quienes conocieron la historia de Frida Kahlo y realizaron una obra inspirada en la emblemática Casa Azul de Coyoacán.
